The Darer: Heidi R. Kling earned her MFA in Writing for Children from the New School. She’s worked as a children’s theatre playwright, director, and occasional back-up dancer (but that’s only if she gets to wear polyester jumpsuits and do the Hustle). She is the creator/co-moderator of the debut group The Tenners (www.TheTenners.com). She hosts an interview series Author Chat, on her popular blog Sea Heidi Write. She lives with her husband and two children in Palo Alto, CA. just over the coastal mountains from the sea.
Her teen novel SEA will be available everywhere August, 2010.
